Job Summary:

We are looking for a Research & Content Executive to join our Research Department. The role will involve conducting research on financial markets, companies, sectors and market trends, while also converting research findings into clear, engaging and easy-to-understand content for clients and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have a robust interest in financial markets, content writing, marketing and research, with good communication and analytical skills.



Knowledge of social media platforms and digital content will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Research & Analysis

- Conduct research on equity markets, companies, sectors, industries and economic developments.
- Track market trends, corporate announcements, financial results, business developments and relevant news.
- Collect, analyse and validate information from reliable sources.
- Assist the Research team in preparing company/sector research notes, market updates and reports.
- Maintain databases and research-related information for future reference.
- Convert complex financial information into concise and understandable insights.

Content Writing & Communication

- Write market updates, research summaries, articles, newsletters, blogs and financial content.
- Develop content based on research reports and market developments.
- Proofread and edit research/content material to ensure accuracy, clarity and consistency.
- Create engaging headlines, summaries and supporting content for research publications.
- Ensure all content is factually accurate and aligned with the company's communication standards.

Marketing & Digital Content

- Support the marketing team with research-based financial content and campaigns.
- Identify relevant market topics and content opportunities based on current trends.
- Assist in developing content for the company's website, newsletters and other digital channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams to convert research insights into client-friendly communication.

Social Media – Added Advantage

- Assist in preparing social media content related to financial markets, market trends and research insights.
- Monitor financial-market discussions and trending topics across social media platforms.
- Suggest ideas for LinkedIn posts,



short-form content, market explainers and other digital formats.
- Understand basic social media content strategy, engagement and audience behaviour.

Required Skills

- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good command of English grammar, vocabulary and content writing.
- Basic understanding of Indian stock markets, equities and financial markets.
- Ability to interpret financial and business information.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to verify information from multiple sources.
- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts into easy-to-understand content.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and manage multiple assignments.

Preferred / Added Advantage

- Experience in financial content writing, equity research, financial journalism or financial marketing.
- Knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X and YouTube.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and content management.
- Basic knowledge of financial terminology, company financial statements and market indicators.
- Experience using Canva or other content-creation tools will be an advantage.
- NISM certification or relevant financial-market certification will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate would be someone who combines research + financial-market understanding + strong content-writing ability. The person should be curious about market developments, capable of independently researching a topic, and able to turn the findings into accurate, concise and engaging content for investors and clients.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing or a related field. A relevant postgraduate qualification will be an advantage.
