R&D; Scientist

What will you be doing:

a. Create unique solutions to leverage different forms of organic/plant based compounds to improve their hydrophilicity, lipophilicity and trans-dermal delivery (Example: How can we make rosemary extract water or oil soluble, how can we increase trans-dermal delivery of berberine)

b. Create different kind of nano formulations for improved efficacy (Example: Liposomes of Plant extracts, Nano Lignin)

c. Extract different key ingredients from plants based materials (Example:



Extract phosphatidylcholine, extract white color lignin from bagasse )

d. Synthesize natural ingredients (Example: How can we manufacture Zinc PCA?, make ZnO embedded lignin)

d. Create new test methods to identify chemical compounds both qualitatively and quantitatively (Example: Test method for L-Glutamic Acid)

Skill sets

1. Master/PhD/Post Doc degree in chemistry
2. Strong understanding of chemical structures, bonding, interactions between different compound
3. Experience in Mass Spectroscopy, UV Spectroscopy, FTIR, SEM/TEM and other common lab analysis equipment
4. 2+ years of industry experience
