Role Description The Research and Development Associate is a full-time role based in Gurugram, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The associate will conduct market and property-related research, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and support the development of new service offerings and process improvements.

Daily responsibilities include preparing research reports, assisting in feasibility studies, collaborating with brokerage and advisory teams to provide data-driven insights, and maintaining accurate research documentation. The role also involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, presenting findings in a clear and accessible format,



and ensuring that R&D; initiatives align with the firm’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Research and Development (R&D;) and Research skills for designing studies, gathering data, and supporting new initiatives.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying patterns, and making evidence-based recommendations.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for preparing reports, presenting findings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess relevant Laboratory Skills or technical research skills, as applicable, for structured data collection and documentation.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and data analysis tools; familiarity with research software or databases is an advantage.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
