Role Description This full time on-site role for a Research and Development Chemist is based in Kukatpalli. The person in this role will design and conduct experiments to develop APIs, including method development and validation.

Day-to-day tasks include analyzing samples using appropriate analytical techniques, documenting data, interpreting results, and preparing technical reports. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as quality assurance, production, and regulatory to support scale-up and technology transfer.



The chemist will also maintain laboratory equipment, ensure adherence to safety and GMP practices, and stay updated on relevant scientific and regulatory developments.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in pharmaceutical or organic chemistry, with experience in formulation development and analytical techniques.
- Proficiency in experimental design, data analysis, and scientific documentation to support method development and validation.
- Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and relevant regulatory guidelines for pharmaceutical R&D; environments.
- Ability to work accurately in a laboratory setting, manage multiple projects, and meet timelines collaboratively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting results and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a closely related discipline.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical R&D; or formulation labs is preferred but not mandatory.
