Research Analysts

Responsibilities:

- Provide support to the worldwide offices on Assignment and Knowledge Management related projects through leverage of online resources and the proprietary database:

- Scan and analyze adverse media reports on prospective to be hired candidates and provide documentation support by capturing all the relevant findings

- Investigate high risk details and report wherever necessary, including but not limited to Politically Exposed Persons

- Update internal database with the findings on prospective candidates for future reference.

- Valuable understanding of due diligence regulations, policies, and procedures.

- Ability to manage requests efficiently and in a timely manner.

- Communicate effectively and efficiently with relevant internal team members, managers, SPOCs, etc.

- Proficient in the usage of tools like Factiva, LexisNexis, Advanced Google Search, etc.





- Experience with AML/KYC monitoring and screening would be an added advantage.

- Good written and Verbal communication skills.

- Ability to interact with Stakeholders from different offices.

- Ability to work with colleagues from diverse geographies.

- Experience in working on multiple complex projects

Qualifications:

- Work Experience of 1 to 3 years in Standard Research
