Roles & Responsibilities:

- Research companies with active hiring requirements across various industries.
- Identify key decision-makers such as HR, Talent Acquisition, and Hiring Managers using LinkedIn and other online sources.
- Build and maintain accurate prospect databases.
- Validate contact information and ensure data quality.
- Use Google Sheets and Excel to organize, update, and manage research data.
- Work closely with the recruitment and business development teams to support client acquisition efforts.
- Follow defined research processes and maintain productivity and quality standards.

Requirements

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong internet research skills and attention to detail.
- Positive written English and communication skills.
- A working PC/Laptop with a reliable internet connection.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
