About the Role

AG NextGen Technologies is looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Research Analyst to support our R&D; team in technology research, data analysis, trend analysis, and developing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research on technologies, products, industries, and emerging trends.
- Collect, organize, and analyze information from reliable sources.
- Perform technology and feasibility studies.
- Research competitors and industry developments.
- Support R&D; projects, PoCs, and current concept development.
- Prepare research reports, presentations, and technical documentation.
- Identify new opportunities, challenges, and potential solutions.
- Collaborate with R&D;, engineering, software, and project teams.
- Present research findings and recommendations to management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business, Science, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in research, analysis, technology, or a related field.




- Fresh graduates with strong research skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong research, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Strong documentation and report-writing abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
