Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive / Recruitment BDE to join our IT recruitment team. The primary responsibility will be to generate new clients through calling, identify hiring requirements, and build strong business relationships with companies looking for IT talent.

Location- Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Experience required- Min 6 Months

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to companies and HR/recruitment decision-makers to generate new business.
- Identify companies with current or upcoming IT hiring requirements.Introduce our IT recruitment services and generate qualified leads.
- Connect with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition teams, Founders, and Business Heads.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into active recruitment clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
- Maintain daily calling, lead, and follow-up records.
- Achieve monthly targets for calls, leads,



meetings, and new client acquisition.
- Research and identify new companies and potential clients through online platforms and databases.

Requirements-

- Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, telecalling, business development, recruitment sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and persistent.Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Interest in IT recruitment / staffing / B2B sales will be an advantage.
- Candidates who enjoy talking to new people and building business relationships are preferred.
