Requirements
- 3–4+ years of engineering experience
- Strong backend experience with Node.js / Express.js, MongoDB and SQL
- Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM-based systems
- Experience with React / Next.js and DevOps
- Robust infrastructure and security fundamentals
- An ownership mindset and a genuine bias toward building
- An AI-native approach to coding, automation and problem-solving
