Location : Hinjewadi - Pune

Exp: 3-5Yrs

Expertise in Catia V5 & experience in HVAC system design with total 3 to 5 years of experience for this position.

BE / B Tech. Mechanical or equivalent

Experience in HVAC system design & Plastic part design using Catia V5 & TCUA for total 3-5 years.

Job Responsibilities

- Design & Modeling of automotive HVAC & Components using CATIA V5.
- Strong usage & flexibility on Catia V5 environment.
- Good knowledge & Exposure to GD&T;, Design for Manufacturing.
- Good level of exposure on design of Plastics.




- Support team of Design / CAD engineers to deliver Quality data as per project requirements.
- Must have exposure to PLM, preferable TcUA.

Job Requirement

- Concept design and development for Current vehicle HVAC programs.
- Convert Concept to detailed design.
- Review Tooling requirements & Manufacturing feasibility.

• Detailing & creation of manufacturing drawings with GD&T.;

Tool Skill Set Catia V5 (Part design, Assembly design, Generative shape design & Drafting.)
