Role Description The Repair and Maintenance Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, availability, and safety of Lithium’s electric vehicle fleet. This role involves conducting routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs on electric vehicles, following standard operating procedures and manufacturer guidelines.

You will coordinate with operations teams to schedule maintenance, minimize downtime, and maintain accurate records of service history, parts usage, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Daily activities include diagnosing technical issues,



liaising with vendors and service partners, monitoring inventory levels for spare parts and tools, and supporting continuous improvement of maintenance processes. The role also requires close collaboration with driver teams, providing guidance on vehicle care, reporting defects, and fostering a culture of safety and reliability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong technical skills in vehicle repair and maintenance, including diagnostics, preventive servicing, and troubleshooting of electric and conventional automotive systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in maintenance planning and execution, such as scheduling service activities, tracking work orders, and managing spare parts and tools inventory.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of safety standards and compliance, including adherence to workplace safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality assurance practices.
- Candidates should possess operational and coordination skills, including the ability to work closely with drivers, operations teams, and external service providers to ensure timely and efficient maintenance.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and documentation skills for reporting issues, maintaining service records, and using basic digital tools or maintenance management software.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field are beneficial.
- Hands-on experience in fleet maintenance, electric vehicle systems, or commercial vehicle workshops is an added advantage.
