Own end-to-end release management for enterprise endpoint setting, ensuring reliable, low-risk deployments through endpoint management Solutions (WorkspaceONE/Intune) with strong governance, execution discipline, and operational stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full release lifecycle: planning, scheduling, execution, and validation
- Define release windows, rollout strategy, and deployment plans
- Ensure compliance with change management and governance processes
- Drive large-scale deployments (apps, patches, configurations) via endpoint management Solutions (WorkspaceOne/Intune)
- Provide regular status reporting, create & maintain dashboards, and stakeholder communication • Coordinate across Engineering, Support, and Business teams
- Track and manage releases using Jira and related tooling Skills & Experience Required
- Expertise in Program,
Release & Delivery Management
- Leverage AI Tools to accelerate deliverables of Self and Team
- Deep understanding of Agile (Kanban/Scrum)
- Knowledge of EUC environments & device lifecycle
- Experience with Workspace ONE or similar MDM platforms
- Strong governance, change management & risk control
- Hands-on experience with Jira for tracking and release coordination
