Role & responsibilities

- To understand the housing needs of customers and provide financial solutions accordingly.

- Leveraging financial, analytical and appraisal skills to assess customers need for a home by analysing customer’s ability to service a loan by understanding household income, expenses, social, economic factors and accordingly take in the application

- Guiding customers throughout the entire loan application process until the loan is sanctioned

- Council prospective customers about the loan chance and plan a meeting based on their interest.

- Confirm credit worthiness of customers by evaluating the loan application and the documents submitted along with it to determine feasibility of granting loans.

- Provide information on repayment schedule to customers

- Prepare & submit loan applications and provide recommendations for approval of loan.

- Handle customer queries and take appropriate action to resolve them.
