Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Relationship Officer to join our Noida office. This role is central to our lead management process, requiring a candidate who can effectively engage with potential customers and align them with suitable real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Engagement: Execute outbound calls and maintain regular follow-ups on assigned leads.
- Customer Advisory: Deeply understand customer requirements to suggest appropriate real estate projects.
- Marketing Coordination: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to manage and streamline lead flow.
- Database Management: Ensure the customer database is accurately maintained and updated in real-time.
- Follow-ups: Perform timely follow-up calls to ensure high conversion and customer satisfaction.





Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
- Professionalism: High level of urgency and an ownership mindset in managing candidate/client interactions.
- Graduation: Graduate in any stream
