Home Loan Sales / Relationship Executive

- Manage sales of Home Loan products.

- Source business through the open market and different sales channels.

- Follow up and fulfill leads generated through various sources.

- Implement and develop sales activities to achieve assigned targets.

- Execute sales plans and oversee target allocation.

- Support the development, preparation, and promotion of Home Loan products.

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

- Meet prospective clients and understand their home loan requirements.

- Verify customer documents and process loan files for sanction.

- Coordinate with the concerned teams for timely loan disbursement.

- Ensure achievement of assigned business targets.

- Coordinate with the marketing team for ground-level lead-generation activities.

- Maintain regular follow-up with customers throughout the loan process.
