Position: Relationship Manager (RM)

Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 months of relevant experience in Real Estate.

Location : Baner & Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable products/services.
- Generate leads and actively follow up with prospective customers.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and timely resolution of issues.




- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, leads, and client interactions.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 2–3 months of experience in sales, relationship management, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools will be an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
