Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Process loan applications, conduct credit checks, and make lending decisions in accordance with company policies.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and loan documents using LAP (Loan Accounting Package) software.

- Identify cross-selling opportunities for other bank products and services to increase revenue growth.

Job Requirements :

- 1-10 years of experience in home loans or mortgage loans industry.

- Robust understanding of housing finance regulations and guidelines.

- Proficiency in processing complex financial transactions using LAP software.
