We are looking for a agile and commercially driven Relationship Manager to manage and grow our existing client portfolio across the West Region.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage and grow relationships with existing corporate, agency and brand clients.
- Understand client requirements and identify opportunities for additional products and services.
- Increase engagement, penetration and revenue within existing accounts.
- Build relationships across Marketing, Creative, Brand, Digital, Procurement, Corporate Communications and Production.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and solution-oriented discussions.
- Understand client briefs and connect them with the right internal teams and solutions.
- Identify opportunities around creative production, AI-generated content, licensing, compliance and visual content.
- Maintain regular account follow-ups and ensure clear next steps for key opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Use AI and technology tools to support account research,



meeting preparation, communication and opportunity identification

Preferred candidate profile 3-5 years of relevant B2B relationship management, account management or sales experience.

- Experience in content licensing / stock content, photography, video or creative production, advertising / agency client servicing, Media-Tech / MarTech / Creative-Tech, or B2B SaaS selling to marketing or brand teams is preferred.

Strong commercial curiosity and the ability to identify business opportunities beyond the immediate client requirement.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into relevant solutions.
- Strong learning agility and willingness to understand new products and technologies.
- Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders, corporate clients and agencies.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or similar productivity tools.
