Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager role based in Nagpur. The role involves managing and deepening relationships with existing customers, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending suitable life insurance solutions.

The individual will be responsible for generating current business through lead management, referrals, and local market outreach, while maintaining high service standards and policy compliance. Daily activities include meeting customers, explaining product features,



supporting policy issuance and servicing, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales. The role also includes achieving assigned sales targets, participating in local promotional activities, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

- Proven skills in customer relationship management, client servicing, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to understand financial needs and offer appropriate insurance or financial solutions.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling capabilities.
- Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and mobile or web-based service platforms.
- Good organizational, follow-up, and documentation skills for managing customer portfolios.
- Relevant experience in life insurance, banking, or financial services is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certifications in insurance or finance are an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Nagpur, travel locally as required, and meet performance and compliance standards.
