Design Coordinator / Draftsman

Role Overview

We are looking for a Design Coordinator / Draftsman who will support the senior management team and assist in coordinating design, estimation, documentation, and site-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate BOQs, estimates, and quantity calculations.
- Ensure drawings and design documents are accurate and aligned with project requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for design-related requirements.
- Identify discrepancies in drawings and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Conduct site visits to understand project progress and verify drawings/design requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of drawings, BOQs, estimates, and revisions.




- Provide regular updates to the senior management team on design and site-related matters.
- Assist in follow-ups and coordination for timely execution of project requirements.

Candidate Profile
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in Design Coordination / Drafting / Construction / Real Estate.
- Positive knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, quantity take-off, and drawing review.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings.
- Willingness to travel for regular site visits as required.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Presentable, professional, proactive, and confident personality.
- Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in real estate, construction, or developer organizations will be preferred.
