Job Summary

QuadCrag is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleges, and business partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company's overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, colleges, and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into successful business opportunities.
- Coordinate with colleges and educational institutions for partnerships, seminars, workshops, and placement activities.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable company services.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
- Resolve client concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to strengthen business relationships.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Academic teams to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly reports on client interactions and business progress.
- Achieve assigned sales and relationship management targets.
- Represent the company at meetings, events, seminars, and networking programs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1 year of experience in Relationship Management, Business Development, Sales, Customer Success, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in lead generation and customer follow-up.
- Positive presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
