Our expertise lies in mutual funds, alternative investment products, and simplifying personal finance to help individuals and families achieve their financial goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Schedule, attend, and document client meetings (mostly offline), including preparation of MoM and timely follow-ups.
- Manage client onboarding, KYC, transactions, and compliance documentation.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships by understanding clients' financial goals and investment requirements.
- Re-engage inactive clients and encourage fresh or increased investments.
- Ensure timely service delivery, trust-building, and long-term client retention.
- Coordinate with the team and management for smooth execution of client requests.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on client interactions and activities.
- Generate leads and referrals and identify business growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

- NISM Series V-A certification – Compulsory




- Prior knowledge or experience in Mutual Funds, Investments, Wealth Management, Financial Services, or investment-related sales is strongly preferred.
- Candidates with relevant internship or job experience in the financial/wealth management industry will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify and explain financial concepts to clients.
- Analytical and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools, email, WhatsApp, and video-conferencing platforms.
- Graduate in any stream; Commerce/Finance/Economics/Management backgrounds preferred.
