Relationship Manager – Loan Against Property (LAP)

Role Overview

- Company: Freecharge Business and Technology Solutions Limited, a subsidiary of Axis Bank.

- Responsible for acquiring customers and generating business for Loan Against Property (LAP) products.

- Manage the complete sales process from customer sourcing and lead generation to loan application and relationship management.

- Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring quality sourcing and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition &

- Sales:

- Acquire new customers through open market sourcing for Loan Against Property.

- Generate leads through field sales, referrals, networking, and other business development activities.

- Identify potential customers and understand their financial and loan requirements.

- Explain LAP products, eligibility, features, terms, and benefits to prospective customers.

- Convert qualified leads into loan applications and business.

- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

- Conduct regular customer follow-ups throughout the sales process.

- Address customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.

- Develop referral networks to generate additional business opportunities.





- Ensure a positive customer experience and support long-term business relationships.

Field Sales &

- Compliance

- Conduct regular field visits for customer acquisition and business development.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, applications, and sales activities.

- Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of loan applications.

- Follow up on applications and support customers until the required process is completed.

Eligibility &

- Requirements

- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) Sales.

- Open Market Sourcing: Mandatory.

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent negotiation and convincing abilities.

- Strong customer relationship-building skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

- Age: 21–35 years.

- CIBIL Score: 650 or above is mandatory.

- Job Details

- CTC: ₹3.5–₹4.5 LPA, based on experience.
