Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
- Recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule site visits.
- Build customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads.
- Explain project features, pricing and payment plans.
- Update CRM.
- Coordinate documentation and bookings.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–5 years' experience in Sales/Real Estate.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
