1. Sales Manager
For experienced sales professionals who can drive revenue, manage a team, handle high-value customers and consistently achieve targets. Real estate sales experience will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads and convert them into customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options
- Conduct site visits and deliver effective project presentations
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Follow up consistently and drive the sales process from lead to closure
- Achieve individual/team sales targets
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records
- Stay updated on market trends, projects and competition
- For managerial roles: mentor, motivate and drive the performance of the sales team
