Looking for a Customer Success or Relationship Manager for a Tech Platform in Bangalore!

Job Responsibilities:

● Strategic Prospecting: Identify, target, and initiate relationships with key decision-makers, principals, and chief investment officers within Family Offices.

● Solution Pitching: Conduct sophisticated platform demonstrations tailored to the precise investment, structuring, and wealth management pain points of institutional investors.

● Onboarding & Implementation: Lead the seamless, end-to-end setup for Family Office accounts, ensuring their investment teams are fully integrated and trained.

● Post-Sales Relationship Management: Act as a dedicated, trusted advisor to maximise client retention, drive platform engagement, and manage ongoing account success.

● Feedback Loop: Collaborate closely with internal teams to advocate for the specific feature requests and bespoke needs of your family office portfolio.

Job Requirements

● Domain Experience:



2-4 years of experience blending B2B Enterprise Sales, Account Management or Relationship Management with direct exposure to Family Offices, Private Wealth, or the Investment Management ecosystem.

● Network & Credibility: Existing familiarity with the Indian wealth management landscape, family offices, or institutional investor networks.

● Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of managing high-stakes relationships with senior stakeholders, GPs, and CXOs.

● Technical Fluency: Ability to quickly master and clearly demonstrate complex software solutions to a highly sophisticated financial audience.

● Education: An MBA in Finance, CFA charter, or a strong academic/skilled background in financial markets is highly preferred.
