Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management a. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner schools.
b. Serve as the main contact for program queries and updates.
- Enrollment & Retention a. Drive student enrollment and engagement through timely, value-driven communication.
b. Track participation and ensure high retention across all programs.
- Program Coordination a. Manage scheduling, reminders, and logistics for mentoring, JuniorMBA, and College
Catapult programs.
b. Ensure smooth rescheduling and proactive conflict resolution.
- Experience Delivery a. Guarantee a seamless journey from onboarding to completion.

Collaborate with internal teams to maintain quality and resolve issues quickly.
- Communication & Reporting a. Share program updates and event reminders.
b. Maintain records, monitor satisfaction, and share insights for process improvement.
Ideal Candidate
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and time management abilities.
- A solution-oriented, proactive, and empathetic approach to stakeholder needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Education.
- Experience in relationship management, sales, or customer success roles.
