About the Role

BricksToHome Private Limited is a growing real estate channel partner in Bangalore, offering clients access to premium and luxury real estate projects.

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Relationship Managers. As an RM, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements, recommending suitable properties, managing site visits, and supporting clients throughout their property-buying journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property site visits and project walkthroughs.
- Coordinate with builders and internal teams for smooth deal closures.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate client records.
- Guide clients throughout the property-buying process, from site visit to closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Travel across Bangalore for client meetings and property visits.

Requirements
- Any Graduate.
- 1–4 years of experience in Real Estate, Sales, Business Development, or a client-facing role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Interest in real estate sales and customer-facing roles.
- Target-driven and self-motivated approach.
- Willingness to travel across Bangalore.
- Knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market is an added advantage.
- Two-wheeler/vehicle preferred.
- Willingness to work on weekends, as weekend site visits are mandatory.
