- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of bancassurance processes, improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to stay ahead in the competitive bancassurance landscape.
Job Requirements :
- 1-22 years of experience in banca or related field (e.g., insurance industry).
- Strong understanding of banking products and services, particularly those relevant to retail customers.
- Proven track record in sales performance, with ability to meet targets consistently over time.
