Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Trainer with a strong background in Home Loan sales to drive capability building across our branch network in North parts. The incumbent will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for various departments, enhancing product knowledge, sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Training Delivery Conduct regular training programs across branches in South.

- Travel extensively to branch locations and provide on-site coaching and mentoring.

- Deliver role-based training to different departments including Sales, Operations, Credit, Customer Service, and Branch Teams.

- Facilitate induction programs for new employees and refresher training for existing teams.

- Sales Capability Development train employees on Home Loan products, market practices, competition analysis, and customer acquisition strategies.

- Develop and implement sales training modules to improve lead generation, conversion ratios, and portfolio growth.

- Conduct field coaching and joint customer visits with sales teams.

- Content Development-Create and update training materials, presentations, manuals, assessments, and learning aids.

- Design department-specific learning interventions aligned with business objectives.

- Incorporate industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices into training programs.





- Performance Monitoring

- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, observations, and performance metrics.

- Track post-training improvements and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders.

- Identify skill gaps and recommend development plans.

- Stakeholder Management -Collaborate with Regional Heads, Branch Managers, HR, and Business Leaders to understand training requirements.

- Ensure alignment of training initiatives with organizational goals and sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

- Graduate in any discipline.

- MBA or certification in Training & Development preferred.

Required Skills

- Minimum 8-10 years of Home Loan/LAP/Mortgage Sales trainee experience.

- Proven experience in conducting branch, and field-based sales training programs.

- Strong understanding of Home Loan products and sales processes.

- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

- Ability to train and influence employees across multiple functions and levels.

- Solid coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and training content creation.

- Willingness to travel extensively across South India.

- Candidates must be able to effectively communicate and conduct training in Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil.
