Greenwell Healthcare is a growing healthcare company specializing in Sleep & Respiratory Care solutions, including CPAP, BiPAP, Oxygen Concentrators and related medical equipment. We are expanding our presence across Kerala and are looking for an experienced sales professional to build and lead our distribution network.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager – Karnataka with strong channel-sales experience to develop Greenwell Healthcare's dealer and sub-dealer network across all districts of Karnataka.

The primary responsibility will be to identify, appoint, activate and develop dealers and sub-dealers, while driving sales and expanding Greenwell's market presence throughout Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and appoint dealers and sub-dealers across all districts of Karnataka.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the dealer network.
- Achieve dealer appointment, sales and territory development targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Drive primary and secondary sales through dealers.
- Conduct regular dealer visits, meetings and product presentations.
- Train and support dealers on products and applications.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service and Operations teams for dealer support.




- Ensure timely collections and adherence to company commercial policies.
- Maintain dealer database, sales pipeline and regular MIS reports.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- 4–8 years of experience in medical equipment, healthcare, pharma , FMCG, Electronics or related channel sales.
- Proven experience in dealer/distributor appointment and channel development.
- Strong understanding of the Karnataka market and distribution network.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka.
- Existing network of medical equipment / healthcare dealers and channels will be an advantage.
