As we expand our distribution and market presence, we are looking for an energetic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth in the assigned region.

Job OverviewWe are looking for a Regional Sales Manager – Frozen Foods who can take ownership of the region's sales, distribution, channel development and team performance.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG, frozen foods, food products, QSR, HoReCa, modern trade or general trade, along with a proven ability to build distributor networks and drive secondary sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the assigned region to achieve revenue and volume targets.
- Build and expand Frozzato's distributor and dealer network across the region.
- Identify and develop current markets, territories and sales channels.
- Drive sales through general trade, modern trade, retail, HoReCa, QSRs, restaurants, hotels and institutional customers.
- Develop strong relationships with distributors, retailers, key accounts and institutional buyers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales, distribution and collection targets.
- Monitor primary and secondary sales and ensure healthy inventory movement.
- Identify market opportunities, competitor activity, pricing trends and customer requirements.
- Work closely with distributors to ensure adequate stock availability and product visibility.
- Lead, manage and motivate the regional sales team and field sales representatives.
- Set sales targets for the team and regularly monitor performance.
- Conduct regular market visits and ensure effective execution at the ground level.




- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, merchandising and promotional execution.
- Plan and execute regional sales promotions, schemes and trade activities.
- Coordinate with production, logistics and management teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
- Monitor distributor outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and market intelligence for management.
- Develop long-term relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
- Represent Frozzato professionally in the market and contribute to building the brand's presence.

Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should have:
- 3–7 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in FMCG, frozen foods, dairy, food & beverage or related categories.
- Experience in handling distributors, dealers and retail networks.
- Strong knowledge of General Trade, Modern Trade and/or HoReCa.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and open new markets.
- Solid understanding of regional market dynamics and competitor activity.
- Experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A result-oriented, entrepreneurial and hands-on approach.
