Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets through effective cross-selling of banking products such as current accounts, CASA, liabilities, etc.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share in the region by identifying recent business opportunities and building relationships with key clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Job Requirements :
- 9-27 years of experience in retail banking or related field.
