You will work directly with customers across India, developing new accounts while growing established relationships. The role suits someone who understands the pressroom, enjoys opening doors and wants the freedom to build a territory properly.

Tasks

Develop new business with wide-web adaptable-packaging converters across India.

Grow existing customer and distributor relationships.

Understand production needs and recommend suitable technical products.

Manage opportunities from first conversation through trials, negotiation and order.

Work with technical colleagues in Europe to support customers.

Provide clear market feedback and help shape the regional sales plan.

Requirements

Direct B2B sales experience within flexible packaging, flexo or gravure printing.

Experience selling machines, inks, coatings, plates, sleeves, anilox, doctor blades,



tapes or related pressroom products.

Evidence of winning new customers, not only managing existing accounts.

A practical understanding of converters and pressroom processes.

Solid English and the ability to work independently.

Willingness to travel regularly across India.
