Job responsibilities

1. As the Regional Operations / GM - Operations will be possessing the long-term growth and profitability of his area.
2. Will be working with the team and various internal and external stakeholders to achieve this.
3. Responsible for strategizing, launching, and scaling up business operations in new markets
4. Possess a cross-functional approach and define the medium & long-term roadmap to achieve growth & profitability targets for your cluster
5. Own P&L; in collaboration with the operations & marketing teams
6. Brand building by creating and executing local marketing strategies
7. Evaluate and roll out new product features and other innovative offerings
8. Identify, communicate and work towards Profit Maximization by implementing Cost &Time; management effectively.

9. Should be commercially aware
10. Manage a team of dynamic individuals
11. Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced environment

16. Must have experience in opening a current store, QSR Pan India.

19. Should be ready to shift base to any region across the city.
