Role Description The Regional Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities across an assigned region. This role manages and improves fuel delivery processes, ensures compliance with safety standards, and coordinates logistics to meet service-level agreements.

Manager will lead and mentor operations teams, monitor performance metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including technology, customer support, and sales to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery.

Manager will also handle regional budgeting, resource planning, and risk management, while reporting operational performance and insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in operations management, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or last-mile delivery environments.
- Strong skills in team leadership, people management, and performance coaching to guide diverse on-ground and back-office teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis, KPI tracking, and use of dashboards or MIS tools to make data-driven operational decisions.
- Knowledge of safety, compliance, and risk management practices related to fuel or hazardous material handling is highly beneficial.
- Ability to manage regional budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization while maintaining service quality.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Comfort with technology platforms, mobile applications, and IoT-enabled systems used for real-time tracking and operations management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience managing multi-location operations and working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting is preferred.
