Role Overview The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion for the GEA product line in the Delhi region. The role involves managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and achieve revenue targets for the GEA product line in the assigned region
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in pharma, biotech, food, and research sectors
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and key accounts
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients
- Coordinate with principals (GEA) and internal teams for quotations, order processing, and delivery
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and marketing activities

Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in sales of scientific instruments / process equipment
- Experience handling GEA or similar product lines is highly preferred
- Strong network in pharma, biotech, or food industries in Delhi/NCR
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Willingness to travel within the region
