Role Overview The Regional HR Head will be responsible for managing HR operations will be responsible for workforce planning, employee engagement, retention, HR processes and team leadership.

The successful candidate will act as a strategic HR partner to the management and operations teams while ensuring that the organization has the right people, in the right roles, at the right time.

Key Responsibilities.

HR Operations

- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle from joining and onboarding to separation.
- Establish effective HR processes for documentation, attendance, leave, employee records and HR MIS.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures across locations.
- Develop systems for smooth coordination between HR, recruitment and operations teams.
- Monitor employee concerns, grievances and disciplinary matters.

Workforce Planning

- Work closely with Operations and Management to understand current and future manpower requirements.

Employee Engagement & Retention

- Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention and workplace culture.




- Identify key reasons for attrition and implement corrective measures.
- Establish effective employee grievance and feedback mechanisms.
- Support recognition and employee motivation initiatives.

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor and develop the Regional HR Team & Recruitment team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and improve team productivity.
- Build a result-oriented and accountable HR culture.

Compliance & Reporting

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and company HR policies.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Prepare and present HR MIS, dashboard, manpower reports and attrition analysis to management.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.
- 10- 15 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in high-volume/frontline HR operations is essential.
- Candidates from Hospitality, QSR, Food Service, Railway Catering, Retail, Travel, FMCG or large-scale operations, E- Commerce, Retail will be preferred.
