We’re looking for a strong collections professional who understands the ground, knows the agency ecosystem and can drive numbers across multiple states.
This role is ideal for someone who has grown through field / agency collections and is now ready to take on a larger regional mandate.
What we’re looking for
? Strong experience in Business Loans (BL) / Personal Loans (PL)
? Hands-on exposure to Flows Bucket – 1 to 180 DPD
? Experience managing collection agencies + in-house teams
? Should have handled a team of around 10–20 members
? Exposure across at least 3 North India states
? Strong network of collection agencies across the region
? Stable career track record
? NBFC experience preferred
? We’re also open to smart Area Heads / City Heads with 7–8+ years of solid collections experience who have strong ground-level execution and are ready to step up into a Regional Head role.
✈️ Travel: Around 7–8 days a month across North India
? Reporting to: Zonal Head / National Head – Collections
