Lokra is a U.S.-headquartered healthcare technology company with an Indian subsidiary and operations in India.

We are building a healthcare continuity platform designed to help trusted patient medical history remain available across doctors, clinics and care settings.

We are looking for an experienced healthcare sales leader to lead our field sales team and support our expansion across India.

What You'll Do

- Lead, coach and manage the field sales team.
- Drive doctor and clinic acquisition, onboarding and adoption.
- Set sales targets and conduct regular pipeline and performance reviews.
- Work alongside the team in the field to improve demos, conversions and doctor engagement.
- Develop territory plans and support expansion into new markets.
- Recruit and develop additional sales team members as we grow.
- Track sales performance, conversion and clinic activation.
- Bring structured doctor and market feedback to leadership and product teams.





What We're Looking For

- 7+ years of sales/business development experience.
- Strong experience in healthcare or HealthTech sales.
- Experience managing field sales / BDM teams.
- Proven experience selling directly to doctors and clinics.
- Experience with EMR/EHR, clinic software, digital health or healthcare SaaS is strongly preferred.
- Experience building and expanding sales territories.
- Solid leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable being hands-on and spending time with the team in the field.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
