We're Hiring: Admission Counsellor (Kannada & Telugu Speakers)

Ezyschooling.com, a fast-growing ed-tech platform simplifying K-12 school admissions, is looking for an Admission Counsellor to join our team in Shahdara, Current Delhi.

Ezyschooling connects 1000+ schools with 1.5-2 lakh+ parents, letting them apply to multiple schools through a single application. We're on a mission to make school admissions simple and stress-free for every family.

Role: Admission Counsellor / Sr. Counsellor / Parent Relationship Officer

Location: Shahdara, New Delhi (Work from Office)

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Description:

As an Admission Counsellor, you will guide prospective parents and students through the admission process answering queries, explaining selection criteria and procedures, and helping them choose programs that fit their goals. You'll also be responsible for lead generation, customer communication, and meeting sales targets.

Language Requirement:





Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Kannada and Telugu are mandatory for this role. (This position specifically requires Kannada/Telugu speakers to support our parent base in these regions.)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, or a related field
- Freshers or up to 1+ years of experience in admission counselling or a related field
- Fluency in Kannada and Telugu (both written and verbal) is a must
- Strong customer service mindset to assist students and parents accurately and effectively
- Ability to multitask with good attention to detail
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Strong ethical compass able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with discretion
- Experience with student engagement/enrollment management software is a plus
- Background in education preferred
