Role Description The Reel Content Writer is responsible for conceptualizing, scripting, and refining short-form video content (reels) that communicates Magsmen’s strategic perspective, services, and client stories in a compelling way. This contract role involves collaborating with consultants and creative teams to translate complex ideas into concise scripts, captions, and storyboards optimized for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social channels.

Day-to-day work includes researching trends, drafting reel scripts, creating hooks and CTAs, adapting content for different formats, and ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging. The position is hybrid,



based in Hyderabad, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Strong short-form content and scriptwriting abilities, with experience crafting engaging hooks, narratives, and captions for reels or similar video formats.
- Skill in simplifying complex business, brand, or legal concepts into clear, audience-friendly content that reflects a strategic consulting context.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content best practices, including basic understanding of performance metrics, trends, and audience engagement.
- Attention to detail in grammar, tone, and structure, with the ability to self-edit and refine content based on feedback.
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams, receiving and incorporating feedback, and working within brand guidelines.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines in a contract setting, and adapt quickly to evolving content needs.
- Prior experience in content writing, marketing, or brand communication; experience in consulting or qualified services is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
