Obladi Creatives is a branding and performance marketing agency working with clients across education, healthcare, consumer, industrial, and B2B categories. We're looking for someone to shoot and edit short-form video for our client accounts reels, ads, and social content.

What You'll Do

- Shoot short-form video on location at client sites — schools, clinics, offices, and events
- Edit reels and short videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and paid social
- Add subtitles, text treatments, music, and basic motion graphics
- Work from scripts and briefs provided by the content team
- Deliver to platform specs — 9:16, correct dimensions, safe areas
- Keep track of trends and formats worth trying for our clients
- Manage and organise footage so it's usable later

What We're Looking For

- iPhone 15 or above (mandatory). You'll be shooting on your own device
- Your own two-wheeler or vehicle. Travel allowance provided for all client shoots
- Strong mobile editing — CapCut, VN, or InShot
- Any experience with Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus, not a requirement




- Understanding of what performs on Instagram and Shorts
- Reliable with deadlines. A fair amount of our work is time-sensitive
- Students, recent graduates, and self-taught creators all welcome

Positive to Have

- A portfolio or Instagram page with your own work
- Experience shooting people who aren't professional talent — doctors, teachers, business owners
- Basic understanding of lighting and audio

Details

Stipend: ₹20,000 - 25,000 per month depending on the performance.

Travel allowance for client shoots

Duration: 4 months
