About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Recruitment Manager to lead and strengthen our recruitment operations across India and UAE. The role involves managing selected UAE client relationships and recruitment requirements while building a strong sourcing and operational structure for our domestic recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in client acquisition, recruitment operations, candidate sourcing, team management, and vacancy closure.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or recruitment operations.
- Experience in managing recruitment teams and multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong hands-on experience in candidate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Experience in client relationship management and business communication.
- UAE/GCC recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
- Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of recruitment targets and operations.
- Strong understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
