We are looking for an experienced Manager – Recruitment for Engineering & Manufacturing to manage and drive the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering and manufacturing roles.

The role will be responsible for developing effective sourcing strategies, partnering with hiring managers, ensuring timely and quality hiring, and building a robust talent pipeline. Global recruitment experience is mandatory, with proven exposure to hiring across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering and manufacturing roles.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent.
- Handle recruitment across global/international markets and manage international candidate pipelines.
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
- Source, screen, interview, and select suitable candidates based on business requirements.
- Ensure recruitment activities are completed within agreed timelines.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future engineering and manufacturing requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to the Head of Recruitment.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and applicable labor laws.
- Lead, mentor, and support recruitment team members to achieve hiring targets.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

1. Team Performance & Development

* Drive recruitment team performance against agreed targets.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and regular training to team members.
- Monitor individual and team recruitment performance.

1. Compliance & Reporting

* Ensure 100% compliance with recruitment policies and applicable labor laws.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Monitor recruitment costs against allocated budgets.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- *5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within **Engineering & Manufacturing*.
- Mandatory: Proven global/international recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting across multiple countries or international markets.
- Strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing talent requirements.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in recruitment platforms, ATS, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
- Knowledge of international recruitment practices and applicable labor regulations.
