Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the Talent Acquisition team in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions across the organization.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on interview processes, candidate evaluation, and offer management.
- Analyze metrics to measure recruitment performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize processes accordingly.

Job Requirements :





- 9-15 years of experience in head talent acquisition or similar role in BPO/Call Centre industry.
- Proven track record of successful leadership hiring campaigns with a focus on quality over quantity.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build solid relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels.
