Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based at the Rajkot location. The Recruiter (Fresher) will support end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and local networks, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

The role involves maintaining candidate databases, scheduling and following up on interviews, and assisting in the onboarding process and documentation.



The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, help prepare job postings, and participate in campus or local recruitment drives. The position requires consistent office presence in Rajkot and the ability to handle multiple recruitment tasks while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

- Basic understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal teams.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfort with using computers, email, spreadsheets, and job portals or social media for hiring activities.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot and collaborate in a structured office workplace.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; specialization in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Willingness to learn, a proactive attitude, and interest in building a career in recruitment and HR.
- Knowledge of local language(s) along with proficiency in English or Hindi will be an advantage.
