US IT Recruiter

Shift timing: 6:30 pm IST to 3:30 am IST

Location: Ahmedabad - Onsite

We are looking for a highly motivated US IT Recruiter with 1 year of experience in US IT staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to placement.

Source qualified IT professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, resume databases, referrals, and other sourcing platforms.

Review resumes and conduct technical and preliminary screening to assess candidates against job requirements.

Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand job descriptions, skill requirements, experience, location, and hiring priorities.

Recruit for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Business Analysis, Cybersecurity, and other IT roles.

Handle W2, C2C, 1099, contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire requirements.

Verify candidate work authorization, location, availability, compensation expectations, and relevant experience.

Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates and ensure timely submissions.

Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, negotiate offers, and support candidates through the hiring process.





Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM systems.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Consistently meet submission, interview, placement, and recruitment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1 year of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.

Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing and recruitment process.

Hands-on experience with Boolean Search, LinkedIn, job portals, resume databases, and candidate sourcing techniques.

Understanding of US work authorization such as H-1B, Green Card, US Citizen, EAD, and OPT.

Familiarity with US time zones, IT job markets, and employment classifications.

Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.

Strong ability to multitask and work in a high-volume, target-driven recruitment setting.

Good knowledge of ATS/CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and recruitment technologies.
