About the Role

Almond House is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Blue Collar Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and operational positions. The role will be responsible for ensuring timely hiring of quality candidates across stores, production units, warehouses, and other business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and frontline positions.
- Source candidates for roles such as Sales Associates, Store Staff, Cashiers, Delivery Executives, Helpers, Production Staff, Kitchen Staff, Packing Staff, Housekeeping Staff, Drivers, Security Personnel, and Warehouse Staff.
- Develop and maintain multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, employee referrals, local vendors, manpower agencies, walk-ins, social media, and field sourcing.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on job requirements, experience, communication skills, availability, and location suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure quick turnaround time for open positions.
- Organize and conduct walk-in drives, bulk hiring drives, campus/locality hiring, and recruitment campaigns as required.
- Maintain an active database and talent pipeline for recurring and high-volume hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with manpower consultants and external recruitment vendors when required.
- Ensure timely collection and verification of candidate documents before onboarding.
- Coordinate joining formalities with the HR and Operations teams.




- Track offer-to-joining ratios and follow up with selected candidates to reduce dropouts and no-shows.
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, including vacancies, sourcing status, interviews, selections, offers, joining status, and recruitment turnaround time.
- Understand manpower requirements across different Almond House locations and proactively support workforce planning.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in Blue Collar / Bulk Hiring / Volume Recruitment.
- Knowledge of sourcing through local networks, manpower agencies, referrals, walk-ins, and job portals.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deliver within defined timelines.
- Strong follow-up and candidate engagement skills.
- Valuable stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail, food, FMCG, hospitality, or manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of recruitment MIS and basic Excel.
- Strong communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English preferred.
- Knowledge of local labour markets in Hyderabad will be an added advantage.

Preferred Background Candidates with recruitment experience in Retail, QSR, Food & Beverage, FMCG, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics, or Manpower Staffing will be preferred.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

A specialization in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
