Role Purpose To manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client requirements and sourcing candidates to interview coordination, offer management, joining and post-joining follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client mandates, Job Descriptions, competency requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source relevant candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, references and networking.
- Conduct preliminary screening and assess candidates against the defined mandate.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
- Conduct initial candidate discussions regarding role, company, location, compensation and career expectations.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Manage offer discussions, notice-period negotiations and joining formalities.
- Minimise candidate dropouts and ensure smooth joining and onboarding.
- Achieve assigned sourcing, submission, interview, closure and joining targets.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with senior consultants and business development teams to understand client priorities.
- Ensure timely closure of mandates within agreed TAT.

Preferred Background Candidates with experience in Executive Search, Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive, Industrial or Corporate Recruitment will be preferred.
